The original block connected to the axle is molded to match the shape of the axle. This block does not exist. I'm not sure if this will be a problem in the long run, but once I attached it to the axle everything was fine. I will update the review if necessary.

Well made and fits other cars. I didn't have to make any modifications to my Ford Bronco II Ranger with 6" lift. It can be a little too long, but too long is better than too short. You can always remove it, but I didn't.

They are not a direct replacement for my daughter's 1997 TJ. I had to cut the block that attaches to the caliper. If you buy them don't cut them with a cutting wheel as the block will get hot and the crimp will loosen and you will have to buy another one like I did. Cut with a second one with my little pneumatic panel saw and was successful.

I ordered these based on the reviews and the fact that they are half the price of harsh country brake lines. I received them the next day but they are different and don't fit my XJ. They probably won't fit every car as they have 2 different ports that the caliper banjo bolt fits into making installation impossible. Sent them back and ordered a rough country set instead.

Ordered these for my 2000 Jeep XJ with 4" lift kit. They are a bit long for my needs but they will work. More worryingly they will not fit my caliper without modification. The block on the end of the caliper that the banjo bolt goes through was too big to fit flush with the caliper.There is a lip on the caliper to keep the block from rotating on the stock line.The new block on those lines is long enough so the ledge gets in the way. I ordered these for my 2001 Jeep XJ which is almost 6 inches tall. I bought it a few months ago but I installed them in February 2020. As others have said, they did not fit my caliper without modification. The block at the end of the caliper is too big to fit in the caliper.
