The best thing about ALER was that it allowed me to search all of my old reports in one place, making them easily accessible again when I started working with new companies or moved around within an agency/department! It can be difficult at times finding your paperwork if you are not familiar enough wirh how things were organized before going digital - but there has been improvements over time so learning more as needed helps immensely!! I love that it can be used in both public safety as well private industry with one login! This was great when i worked at our town's fire department since we could do all of there jobs from home, plus access to their network so everyone had easy acccess even if they were off-site or working an additional job outside this building.(which happened alot) not much dislike about ALER other than sometimes its hard finding things you need (or dont know what something does/doesnt exist).
