It's very easy to use, I like that they have their own website so you don't need an application or computer just your smart phone/tablet with access! Their customer support has been amazing as well when ever i've had questions it was answered quickly & professionally!! The best thing about this program that I love most was its ability to organize all of my information in one place, which made it so much easier when communicating with other departments within our organization! It took me some time getting used too but once you do everything begins falling into line very easily (at least as easy if not more). There are things though like having multiple people working from home or being unable tp access your files while at work can be quite frustrating…

The most helpful feature of this program was that it allowed me to track my time, as well has other employees in our organization! It also helped keep everyone updated about who had completed what tasks with their manager's approval or not approved by them (which we needed). I would say there are some bugs/issues out right now when using online but they seem like minor issues which can be fixed relatively easily if one takes care while working through these problems at first use stage itself…
