i1) Twisted pair looks like cheap foil, in my case the wire that was removed was torn off making it unusable. Capacitor kit.3) The connectors on the RCA cables were very cheap and bent when my package arrived and you could also see that the paint had peeled off all the connectors. This kit works but the quality is extremely poor. I haven't connected the capacitor yet because I'm waiting for my junction box, I'll check it out when it's done. Very dissatisfied. . . I'll spend money next time
