🖥️ ACCEL 49505 SuperTuner - Advanced Handheld Computer Programmer Review

My 2010 RAM runs much smoother with the performance boost, especially when using Tune 91. There is no noticeable improvement in gas mileage and you can disable MDS with this super tuner.

Bought and tried to use and it looks like it is locked with the VIN. Returned, got another one and the same. I'm not sure if people use them and then return them, but personally I haven't been able to use this product.

My truck got stuck before I used this. I literally got 10 different mechanics to look at this damn truck. In the end it was MDS as far as I understand. After I disabled it in the settings, my truck didn't have the problem anymore. This is a great product and totally worth the money, at least in my case.

At first it seemed that the product improves the performance of my car. After updating the tuner from the data log files, my ECM started throwing erroneous codes. Now my ECM can't communicate with my EGR system or 02 sensors. I contacted Holley support using reverse email instructions but was told they do not offer support for Accel products. They are only sold. Otherwise they have nothing to do with the Accel Supertuner.

Purchased for 2005 tahoe z71. Even though Accel's own website doesn't list my vehicle as compatible with the Supertuner, it does support it. I downloaded the updates to my laptop and downloaded them to the PDA. 25 minutes. Voices? Very simple/clear. Melody? Performance octane rating 91. Results achieved? Beautiful, not exciting, but nice. $268 was pretty well spent. (Results are not as impressive as my 2017 Silverado 5.3 / Diablo Predator2 Platinum. Diablo modified this truck😊)

It does what it promises! I have a 2007 Suburban and a 2007 GMC Sierra. I first used it on my Sierra without really thinking about it or how much it does. I was wrong, I used it in my suburb and realized I missed what it did for my pickup truck. However, there is a downside. You can only use it on one vehicle at a time. This helped with the response on my truck, I use 87 octane and there is a special tune for it. There are also settings for 91 octane, a gas saver mode (not for towing), 87 octane and stock return. I checked out the HP tuners and they totally exceeded my expectations and budget. This worked for me as I could change my tire size and remember my speedometer.
