I like that it is easy for the dentist office staff to use when doing the scheduling or appointment books. It has helped our practice be more organized with all of the information we have in one place. I like that this is easy for our staff who use it as well! We can share with other doctors what treatments need done without writing down notes ourselves or making phone calls when we don't have access in clinic at all times (which happens often). You cannot transfer files from computer file you are using so if they change computers/harddrive etc., then there's no way of transferring your data over unless someone else knows how- which isn’t always possible because everyone changes systems every

The ease of use is what I like best about this software! It's very user friendly for anyone who has never worked with it before or even someone that isn't super computer savvy but still needs something simple they can handle themselves without having their teeth pulled out by IT guys every time there are updates!!
