Review on Acclaim Dental Software by Wes Thao

I like that it is easy for the dentist office staff to use when doing the scheduling or appointment books. It has helped our practice be more organized with all of the information we have in one place. Our clients can easily see their dental records at any time throughout the year because everything about them is available right from my computer! There are not many cons as far as this software goes but maybe there could be some additional training required before using. We love how fast and simple it is to search through the program if we need something immediately. The ease of being able to update past patients' info makes our work much easier! I like that it is easy to use for both my staff and myself as we are new at this practice! It has helped us with our appointment scheduling so much more efficiently than before. We can easily see which patients have upcoming appointments or open slots now available in our schedule. This also helps me keep track of who needs their next checkup/xray etc. The only thing i dislike about this software is how slow it sometimes loads up. But once its loaded everything works great!
