1 Gasket Only - Replacement Parts

Only one gasket included. Mahle is cheaper for both the right and left manifold gaskets and has good or better quality. Sent back and bought Mahle seals.

Pros
  • Easy Installation
Cons
  • Reliability

Good product but watch out for the price.

I thought I got a pair for $16 but it was only 1. However, after a few weeks the price dropped to $8. I've also used Mahle and they work just as well and you get 2 for less than $11. If I had a remake I would buy a male

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons

Actually no other exhaust manifold gasket than .

Actually, there are no exhaust manifold gaskets other than this one. When installing long manifolds on a base LS engine, do not use the paper spacers provided. Just buy a new OEM kit and you're done.

Pros
  • Hands-free operation

ALWAYS USE OEM GASKETS ONLY. OEM ONLY. OEM ONLY. OEM ONLY.

As said above, ONLY use GM OEM Gaskets whether you are using a stock exhaust system, cheap or expensive exhaust manifolds. Fix leaks and pay for the right things the first time. Do not do that. cheap, don't do your project twice.

Pros
  • This is great
Cons
  • High price

Gaskets for LS1/LS6 with aftermarket headers.

These are the MOST gaskets for LS1/LS6 with aftermarket headers. These are separate spacers so you will need 2 of these. The ones that came with my headers were crap so I used them. Have used them before with great results. Revain has them in stock and at a great price.

Pros
  • One year trial period
Cons
  • Not all will fit

Factory parts are coming!

Excellent manifold gasket replacement! Put a manifold on my Tahoe and bought Felpro gaskets and they have failed me with all sorts of leaks. I've been an auto mechanic for over 20 years and have usually replaced the factory replacement first time but learned the lesson. These seals were sealed the first time and the bolts were checked again after 200km, they seem to be holding up!

Pros
  • The best in its niche
Cons
  • Fits

Definitely up to the task

I bought a set of Kooks headers for my Chevy SS which came with gaskets, both gaskets burst quickly. After talking to some of my mechanic friends, I quickly found that the stock GM LS3 seals are much more durable. Live and learn, a lot of work to replace them, but no problem. I might add that I have a supercharger under the hood, so the exhaust gases are definitely coming out of the cylinder heads hot. Thank you GM!

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Some problems

I like to use a MIG welder to close a broken zipper.

Don't buy cheap exhaust manifold gaskets. This is one page, so you'll need two for our project. They are made from laminated MLS steel and can be reused for hundreds of thousands of miles. If you are doing an LS exchange and the originals are in poor condition, go ahead and replace them with new ones. They will last another 15 years worry-free. The number one cause of exhaust leaks on these engines is the weight of the exhaust system which causes fatigue on the brackets in the manifolds and you

Pros
  • Absolute legend
Cons
  • Minor problems
