🔧 ACDelco Professional 18FR1383 Rear Passenger Side Disc Brake Caliper Assembly - Remanufactured & Friction Ready Review

Caliper quality and fit as expected, however the supplied brass washers were the wrong size and caused a leak when fitted (I had to reinstall the old washers).

Great for my 2003 Silverado, 6 eyelet no HD base. I bought this caliper when it was only $33 with Prime and then took advantage of the discount and got a $45 check from ACdelco, you guys are great and everything works great.

I had to replace a protruding genuine brake caliper which seems to be common on my production trucks. (2002 Silverado 1500) It is sold as refurbished but looked like new to me. Comes with everything you need to install it. So far I haven't had any problems with that. I am very happy with my purchase.

The product came the next day "and needed it quickly". This was a perfect replacement for the rear passenger caliper and bracket on a 2001 Chevy Silverado 4.3L Vortec due to the original caliper being stuck. This piece was identical to the original, installation was easy as it fits perfectly in its new home and works great.

2000 Silverado 1500 Z71 Rear Passenger. Driven 1000 km with it, so far so good. The only complaint is that the pads were difficult to fit, but as the pads could be made too big I wouldn't mind this caliper. I would say buy with confidence. Since 03/15/2018 this caliper has been working properly. If it starts crashing I will update this review. If there are no updates, we'll assume I'm still happy with it.

This caliper fits my 99 Silverado perfectly. I liked same day delivery in my area. The only thing I didn't like was that when I replaced it, the old caliper turned to junk. If you buy locally you can return the core and they will rebuild it. I'd rather send that to the landfill. But it was available quickly, just what I needed. In the future I would compare prices with a local auto parts store to see if it made sense to buy there, but I needed it immediately and Revain fitted! Thank you Rewin!
