Replaced T55 Torx caliper bolts

AcDelco caliper bolts fit my 2003 Silverado K1500 exactly. As stated by some other reviews, the new hex bolts were longer than the original bolts. I found that the new bolts were about .155" longer (9/64" for those who like shotguns). The extra length was mid-stud but didn't seem to affect fit or functionality. Works perfectly!

Pros
  • Country of origin: USA
Cons
  • Can't remember

OEM QUALITY! good fit for brake system

Fits my 2003 Duramax like a glove! Don't forget to grease them with silicone paste! I see people recommending anti-seizes for them all the time! Anti-Seize contains graphite which is a very mild abrasive when used in these applications. You don't want the caliper bolts to wear out every time you smash the brakes. On larger trucks, the anti-seize coating causes enough wear to induce a noticeable rumble over bumps in the road. Obviously this will happen after the anti-capture works, it's magic…

Pros
  • Carefully crafted to meet your expectations of fit, form and function
Cons
  • Has imperfections

is of good quality ACDelco

The old rubber bushings were perfectly fine in my opinion - looked so close to new that I accidentally put the old one back in, and when I thought I would decided he was in such a normal state that he shouldn't pull his finger out, fish out the sleeve, and put a new one in. I also bought a kit of caliper finger boots. Contrary to several videos online, I had no trouble plugging these boots into an outlet. I'm wondering if the metal band around the base of these ACDelco boots has a better bevel…

Pros
  • Includes necessary hardware for easy installation
Cons
  • There are problems
