didn't need it for gearbox and transmission

I just bought a truck, he's done 176,000 miles on it. No problem, but I wanted to do a favor. It turned out that the seal is reusable. I bought this just in case. It's OEM so I'll keep it if I need it.

Pros
  • Quality construction

Sealed in AcDelco packaging.

I bought a Yukon XL Denali 2012 6.2l four-wheel drive. The gasket I removed was in great condition, but for the price of one gasket I'd rather put a new one in. Reusable or not, reusing pads is never a good idea. Original acdelco spare part.

Fits my 2017 Suburban

Fits my 2017 4WD Suburban. Replace every 50,000 miles to extend the life of your vehicle. Save a lot of money than if it were done at the dealer. God only knows if the dealer ever replaced the seal and filter when changing the transmission oil.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Crumpled Packaging

2013 Chevy Tahoe 5.3L friendly

This is a genuine AC Delco part. I bought our Chevrolet Tahoe 5.3l 2013 for a transservice. Arrived well packaged on a piece of cardboard in a large box to avoid damage. Although these pads are reusable, I'm not a fan of reuse. especially when OG is used for 92,000+ mics.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Some minor issues

2013 Silverado 1500 with 6L80e

Factory Replacement Transmission Pan Gasket. This is the second time I've changed the fluid and every time I use a new seal. There are no leaks either, but I recommend that you tighten the bolts to spec. They are easy to overtighten and screw in the gasket or strip the threads.

  • Superior Design

Perfect fit - transmission and transmission

Used this gasket when changing the transmission oil filter on my 2013 suburb. Good quality works great. To remove the pan, loosen the exhaust system mounting bolts. A PB jet spray and a long extension with an impact wrench worked well. You don't have to remove the screws. Then you can use a long pry bar to apply some pressure to the exhaust pipe to remove the sump. First watch the YouTube video.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

Fits perfectly! in transmission oil pan

A few weeks ago I drained, cleaned and changed the filter on my 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500 5.3la. It fits my gearbox perfectly and I don't have to worry if the dealer got it right. Running this service is messy and complicated if you don't know what to do beforehand. Have an extra jack to support the Y-tube so you can pull the pan out. I found a helpful video on YouTube where a guy shows how to keep the Escalade upright.

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home
Cons
  • Weight
