Terrible Pitman Arm for Suspension

I purchased this pitman arm for my automotive suspension and it has been a total disappointment. The build quality is terrible and it caused alignment issues. The only good thing about this product was that it was relatively cheap. I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable solution for their struts and suspension.

Pros
  • Durable and long-lasting
Cons
  • Potential difficulty with installation for those unfamiliar with automotive repairs

Don't bother replacing if you don't have a puller.

The arm is perfect. It's a PITA to remove the old one. I've seen people use a flashlight, but I highly recommend just renting a tool.

Pros
  • Shocks, struts and suspension
Cons
  • Pleats

Works perfectly! in Pitman Arms

When I made the decision to replace the steering box on my Jeep Wrangler my instinct told me not to even attempt to remove the old bipod arm. The cost of this part is offset by the labor hours you save removing the old part. Out of curiosity I tried to remove the old lever from the gearbox when it was removed from the car. My puller is broken :)

Pros
  • Lubricated construction for durability
Cons
  • Upgrades available
