Easy download installation.

Quality item. Easy installation. The boot was a bit tricky at first, but with a pair of wide pliers and a steady hand everything went smoothly. Be careful not to dig into the trunk. Hope the picture helps.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Fairly good but...

Incorrect description of Revain is not the seller's fault.

Fast shipping, description was wrong, didn't fit my 2000 Yukon SLT 4x4, they are fake, I sent them back. Went to O'Reilly and paid the same price. I've stamped arms that include ball joints. It's not the sellers fault that the Revain description was wrong.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • So-so

Not long. Best in dampers, struts and suspension

Brought these ball joints in April 2020. Installed June 2020. Late June or early July 2021 ball joints started rattling at every turn. Left or right. I removed the front suspension. Then I noticed that all 4 ball joints (2 above and 2 below) have play. After 1 year I want unacceptable. Very dissatisfied and very disappointed

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Can't remember

Good luck hitting the oilers.

The rubber sleeves are just annoying. You will see a red color if you try to click on it, probably damaging it in the process. Eventually, I went to storage with a rubber cup in hand and tried sticking it into various objects until I found a sprinkler fitting that was just the right size to attach. It shouldn't be that hard to assemble a simple part whose only job is to hold a little grease.

Pros
  • good
Cons
  • expensive

So far, so good. Don't you know the actual quality and durability for .

So far so good. I won't know the actual quality and durability for a few years but they fit. Don't let your parts dealer tell you that the entire control arm needs to be replaced. They should fit 2000-2006 Tahoe Yukon Escalade and some C/K pickups (not guaranteed though). I used them on a 2001 GMC Yukon SLT 5.3 4wd. Pay attention to the arrows during installation. They must be indexed correctly. My truck has a 2 inch lift and they work great with the lift.

Pros
  • Durable finish
Cons
  • The list will go on.

The boot installation will take you to the RAGE! STAY AWAY!

I didn't have to spend more time attaching the trunk than taking my 2003 Silverado 4x4 apart and pressing out the ball joints. There are no instructions or tips for installation. I have read true comments about using this piece of pipe or fitting. Attaching a dust cover shouldn't be that difficult. The bottom ones were easy to put on but will keep you reading. The design of the boots sucks and you will rip them when you put them on. Please save your time and buy another brand!

Pros
  • Beautifully Packaged
Cons
  • Gotchas

Great ball joint, crappy trunk

Chevy Silverado 2001 2WD 4.3 V6 The only problem with the installation was the damn trunk. The wide part that actually goes on the ball joint has a metal ring inside, but it doesn't have to be as both of mine were almost torn and the welly itself fitted just right. I had sockets that were either too big or too small to fit around the boot, so I used a block of wood and a hammer to tap the edges until they tightened. If I tried to sit up all the way these two bitches would throw up. My truckโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Dope ๐Ÿ”ฅ
Cons
  • Hard to tell

The ball joint is fairly light, the boot is another story

Because of the quality I always use a Delco AC whenever possible. I have 400k on my Sierra and I wouldn't use anything else. The ball joint is easy to press in. As already mentioned, the download is difficult to install. I went to Home Depot and got a 1 1/4" PVC collar that matched the rim of the boot perfectly and tapped the boot a little to get it straight and then used a press tool to trim it all the way down to put down.. the boot sits flush with the retaining ring. I hired a free pressโ€ฆ
