    . one is prone to failure because it is so easy to reach

    Luckily the treble is prone to failure because it is so easy to reach! 1 nut 10mm and 1 connector. You can loosen the bracket a little and get a little more leeway. Very easy. A true part of AC Delco.

    This horn really blows!

    Fasten your horn so it doesn't sound like a jerk! On some Chevy products, the horn keeps failing because of water getting in through the bell. The low tone itself sounds like a monotonous duck. This horn is a perfect replacement. Sounds just like the original.

    Works but wiring is useless

    The horn itself works as needed. But as others have pointed out, the wiring for my car (2003 Messenger) could have been better designed. I don't think there will be any problems with other cars. In any case, I chose not to bother with the wiring as I was lucky enough to be using my native wiring. I just swap out the horn itself. Symptom: A bad horn caused my horn fuse to blow, I decided to replace both the high and low horns, no more blown horn fuses. :)

    Works great, easy to install and genuine part.

    Was the perfect replacement for the high note horn on my 2001 Chevy Suburban. The connectors, cables and screws were the same as the original horn, making installation easier. And note that FIAMM, the manufacturer of this horn, is actually the factory installed OEM brand. I have included a recording of a dead original horn that I removed from my Burb - as you can see this is FIAMM too. The reason I chose this one marked "ACDelco" and not the one sold as FIAMM is because I knew it would be "plug
