hahahaha. What is an easy to install V-belt? The Chevy Silverado has a really cool belt system, remove a few parts then wind up the tensioner and make sure it's easy to install. Good quality belt, was not an old item.

It's brand new. I didn't even know my truck had this belt until I unraveled the layers to get there (hell, I thought I ordered a main belt). But of course glad it came because the one it replaced was actually cracked through and through!

OEM belt slipped off AC pulley, I thought my belt was broken and ordered this model as a replacement, it was my idler pulley instead. In short, I'm glad I ordered this belt as well, a higher quality one than the one I had in the original style. Easy to install, does the job. would recommend.

ATTENTION! This is NOT a serpentine or main drive belt, this is a secondary A/C belt. But it does the job, it's a bit handy to stick a wrench in so you can adjust the tensioner, but it's pretty easy to install. especially if you are in my place and need to replace the water pump. and also, which gives you a little more room for your elbows.

I chose the HD version of this belt because it puts less stress on the engine and is more exposed to the elements. He arrived on time. Replaced an old belt with this Delco AC belt and it eliminated the squeaking noise. This is the lower belt that goes around the A/C compressor. Worth buying imo instead of buying a cheaper belt. For installation, you must remove the large V-ribbed belt before you put it on the air conditioning compressor. For the removal/installation I used a 3/8" ratchet extension and inserted a ratchet into the idler pulley to remove the old belt. Reverse procedure for installation
