Lasted a year, left me stranded and broke vacation plans, had to be hauled to dealership, replaced $1400, of course, warranty ended, got what you paid for, I don't think three hundred bucks were cheap, and a thirty-day guarantee, why so little?

Very happy with this pump, received it on time, works well, had to get this because my fuel line in the pump housing was rusted and leaking, great price , every parts seller wanted over $400 for a pump, hopefully I never have to replace it again but if I have to I will use this pump again.

This fuel pump should be made of the same durable plastic used for the fuel tank. The cheap metal used to make the fuel pump will rust over time due to salt corrosion, causing a leak (p0455) and/or gasoline smell. Before installation I protected the outer metal of the fuel pump from rust with RTV high temperature silicone. This problem is very notorious in Hummer but has not yet been fixed.

Bought from Revain and installed on our 2006 H3. The existing pump was leaking at the metal hose connection on the metal plate. The shop we worked at cost about $660, mind you a fraction, and it was from one of the well-known auto parts stores. It should have been the cost of the installers for this item. I saved a lot of money buying this fuel pump here for my 2006 Hummer H3 so I won't dig into it too much but - The old original fuel pump is holding up only about 3 seconds to reach maximum fuel pressure during cold start. You know, you just hold the key in the "on" position (don't scroll), and it takes about 3, maybe 4 seconds for it to stop beeping because it's reached its maximum working pressure.
