Very good customer service!

The product is good, but be careful not to loosen the nut on the handle. On the first, the connecting rod nut came loose and some of the bearings fell out. After contacting the support team, they responded immediately and refunded the full cost. Very happy with their service!

Prevents the folded front wheel from being dragged along

Hello, This product solves a problem I had with the front wheel of my new Electric Brompton. When the Brompton is in the stowed position and the rear rack is in place, the front tire drags across the ground, making it difficult to roll. the Easy Wheel extension has been installed. Now the bike rolls easily, as does my other Brompton that isn't electric. Also on the back photo you can clearly see the value of the extension cord. This helps stabilize the bike. Prevents the bike from tipping over…

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Some troubles

Nice update for Brompton; Note - works in "basket " mode, not in fold mode

I have an M3R Brompton that I use for commuting. I need to get to the train station (1.5 miles), catch a train into town and then drive 4 miles to work. I unfold it several times a day (from home, to the train, from the train, to work, from work, to the train, from the train, home). Part of my travel time consists of going about 1 block down the platform and through the Chicago Board of Trade to the St. Due to the crowds and using the escalator, I keep my bike folded until I reach street level.

  • Best
Cons
  • Ugly packaging
