Typical Terrex comfort out of the box

I used to scold runners for my hikes; My latest pair is Adidas Terrex 305 (great show but can't find them anymore). This time I changed it and went with the sneakers and I'm happy with my choice. They feel more supportive and are holding up well during a 20-mile hike in the Glacier NP backcountry in July 2021. The waterproofing did the job, no hot spots, great support when carrying a 40+ lb pack. Highly recommended.

Pros
  • Featuring Gore-Tex technology for waterproof and breathable performance.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for activities other than hiking

Bubbles Bubbles Bubbles

The shoes are nice and waterproof but after a few hours of wearing them with work socks I started to get blisters due to the sides of the tongue being sewn together from hard pieces of fabric.

Pros
  • The lightweight design improves agility and speed while hiking
Cons
  • May not last long under heavy use

Shoes not as advertised

This shoe is not Gore-Tex as stated in the description. No Gore-Tex logo on shoes and wear only after inspection in wet conditions. I've had several pairs of adidas Terrex, all of which were Gore-Tex, had a Gore-Tex logo somewhere on the shoes, and they've performed great in the wettest of conditions. They definitely cheated with the purchase.

Pros
  • Outdoor
Cons
  • Quality
