🪚 Set of 4 Black Adjustable Metal Furniture Legs with 3-Inch Height - Ideal for Coffee Table, Desk, and More - Reliable Replacement Legs for Tables Review

Needed to find a pair of little legs for a DIY table stand using an IKEA Kallax table top. They managed to install very easily with the screws provided and very sturdy for my purpose of getting some storage space.

I was tempted to buy legs from IKEA until I found them. We cut a board from a tree. Sanded and painted. Then I added the legs. The screws that came with it worked great. And the ability to increase/decrease height is a great feature.

I used black metal legs to make the table top. The legs are wider than I expected, around 2-3 inches in diameter, and the adjustable plastic legs are flat (not rounded like in the picture). All equipment was included but there were no written instructions. In general, they are suitable for my purposes.

My small countertop (butcher's block, 4" x 2") wobbles at the slightest touch like a bowl of jelly. I've tried to securely fasten the bindings and secure the legs well, but the simple fact is that the metal of the bindings is paper thin and totally useless for making the legs strong.

These legs can technically be made out of metal, but it should be the thinnest and most brittle metal you can find. I wouldn't buy them if they are used to hold a lot of weight. Also, be sure to tighten each leg (there is a large screw on the inside of each leg) BEFORE attaching them to a table or wherever you are attaching them.

Not only was one of the legs in this set 1/4 inch shorter, it had an overpainted screw that stuck where you would attach it to the brace. We had to operate on him a bit to make him work with others. Since the delivery took so long and I had to set the table as soon as possible, we used it anyway, but it definitely wasn't a good buy for me.
