This item was bloody hard to put together! This is definitely not what I expected. The quality is below average. I would return it but it will be very difficult to take apart and repackage. Spend your money elsewhere!

This one is a nightmare to build. The screws or holes are not threaded properly or maybe just cheap so the screws don't go in smoothly. Finally took my impact drill and never fully screwed in 2 screws. Find another option, you'll thank me later. Incredible junk!

. When I first assembled it I was a bit disappointed because it looked small, but then I put on all my utensils and all the attachments and everything looked fine. I really like the size. I am very happy with the overall performance and all the attachments, now I have a much easier time in the kitchen. I recommend it.

The perfect dish dryer for my kitchen sink. What I like best is that it has a knife holder and a detergent basket. It is easy to assemble and the width can be adjusted. Looks very high quality and powerful. This color is acceptable to me, I think it shouldn't get dirty easily, but if there's a choice of chrome or silver, I prefer it. Overall, I am satisfied with this dish dryer and can recommend it.

I moved to Mexico from Texas. My kitchen in Texas was very large with tons of countertops. Not so with my kitchen in Mexico. I bought a kitchen dish rack to free up countertop space. It worked great. The reason I gave this four stars is because the instructions were terrible only four pictures. I'm very good with my hands and I love assembling things so I figured it out but if you don't know how to do it the guide won't help you at all. I'm just really happy with my purchase. The width is adjustable and it has many functions (sponge holder, rag, cup, dish, paper towel). There are suction cups on the bottom of the rack, which will lift it up a bit and prevent rusting. It also has good coverage all around and looks like it could last (we'll see). My spouse went from "no need" to buy to love afterwards.

UPDATE! The seller sent a replacement and I am very happy with this product, customer service was great too. I appreciated the help and quick shipping of the replacement and would definitely recommend. I think this product would be great if I could assemble it properly. There is a manufacturing defect in my center support bar. I can't put 2 screws in it to support it. I contacted the seller with very little help and no response or resolution to the issue. This rack is easy to unpack and set up. We don't have a dishwasher so this is our main dryer. We've actually reclaimed the space that the traditional dish rack occupied on the countertop. It has a variety of adjustable attachments that can hold a cutting board, paper towel, knife, soap/sponge dispenser and cutlery.
