The ability to keep all of our contacts in one place, including their personal information and contact details. It's also great that you can share it with others, if needed. My biggest con would be being able to print individual reports for each contact. Sometimes, I have to send people documents via email because they don't have a printer. This helps me stay organized and track everything from one place. You are able to keep in touch with everyone using this program.
