I like that it has so much functionality in one place, allowing me as an administrator to have access from anywhere with internet service! It also allows for easy communication between my staff members by way of messaging via text messages/emails which helps keep everyone informed at all times about what's going on throughout our ministry. The only thing i dislike is sometimes you need too look up things online rather than having them right there when needed (such as contacting people).
