This thing is miraculous! As the winter comes, my knees have been taking longer to get warm before my workouts. I gave the Venom 2 Leg a try and boy does it do the job. This vibration wrap has been working wonders! It’s very easy to use. I prefer to use it under my clothes against my bare skin versus over my clothes because it gives a better feel. For extremely sore muscles, the highest heat setting and medium to lower vibration works best for me. Overall great product!
