🚰 AEM Water Methanol Injection Filter 30-3003 Review

The picture does not correspond to the filter that I received. Mine was slightly cracked at the outlet, like someone overtightened the fitting. Mine wasn't branded by AEM either. Most likely made by the same manufacturer but again the photo is not what you get. I had to return mine due to a tear and didn't need the hardware used either. I wanted exactly the same as in the picture.

Not sure what other reviewers were expecting, this is a great product! I don't have a baffle or filter in my methanol system. I am using 33 gallons of methanol as supplemental fuel in a turbo application. I had a piece of dirt stuck in my injector and it momentarily tried to disable my engine by running lean. Very glad I installed it right in front of my nozzles! Before using it I had no idea that so much sediment would get through the pump and into the motor. Everything about it is simple; Installation, testing and cleaning. The lid is easy to unscrew so you can take it with you to the sink when you wash it.
