Perfect for my 2016 Ram 1500. I don't feel any significant increase in speed and haven't noticed any increase in gas mileage. I will say that the truck definitely looks more aggressive and I paired it with an exhaust to give it an aggressive sound from that Hemi! Sounds great with combo. If I added long pipeheads and truck time I would get real results from this filter but until then I still love it. Excellent quality product that fits perfectly. I can only recommend this air filter!

yes, expensive. yes it looks cool I put them in, took about 30 minutes, no instructions needed but they are in the box. Adds a slightly open sound, hoarse like Darth Vader. Throttle response is slightly sharper and faster uphill. I bought a greased filter, I do this with all my dirty bikes, my jeep and my 71 challenger, it's nice to be able to clean and store. I've had several K&N air intakes on previous cars but this air intake is excellent. This air intake fits my Ram 1500 (2018 model) perfectly and looks like it could easily be installed as a factory standard R/T. The intake filter is a substantial size but I can't confirm if mileage improves with this intake and I didn't buy it to increase mileage. I can't tell if the car's performance has been increased either - but you'll immediately notice that the engine breathes much more efficiently…
