Groove router cut .283 but copy router left tongue .241. The connection was very sloppy during assembly. The carbide wasn't ground to the same height on both sides, and there was too much paint on it before assembly, so the machined reference surfaces of different parts didn't touch. This kit does not come with gaskets or instructions.

Very happy with the price and quality of these bits. I wasn't sure if they would be good for the price. I was very surprised when I used them. I recently bought other beats from the same company and saved a lot of money in the process. The other bits of the other performed well. I've always used Freud and just didn't want to spend a lot of money on beats that I didn't use a lot, which is a good deal.

I only put three bits in the set because I had a problem with the set, but a problem I was able to fix. Otherwise the attachments appear to be well made. The fact is that the tongue created by one nozzle is longer than the deep groove created by the other nozzle. When testing the joint, it feels very wobbly.
