At minimum air pressure the system actually raises the stem and acts as a bump stop on every hit. With no air pressure in the system, the bags will be fully compressed with no movement. I returned the item and received a ride control system that works great with this truck and I am very happy with the ride control system. I just need to see how it handles my boat.

The set is really good and doesn't require a lot of tools. There are some pictures in the manual but sometimes they are not so easy to understand because the pictures are taken under the truck and sometimes you don't know if the picture is from the front or the back. Some photos have this information in the description, but not all. It has information about the torque you need to apply to it, but some of the bolts are in a place where you don't have room to use a torque tool.

Installed on F150 2wd 2018. Pretty easy installation. One note not listed in the manual is to leave the bag mounts loose until all four bolts are tightened or you will have trouble turning and tightening the bottom bolts. Again, the ease of installation and not having to remove the tires makes the process even better! Overall the kit was very easy to install. I chose this kit from recommendations from the Airlift website. There was a problem with a screw, found that the threads in one of the airbags were damaged, I had to fix it. Finally it is said and done. This kit makes the ride stiff, with no weight in the truck the rear end will be that stiff at the recommended 5psi pressure. I took all the air pressure off and the ride is still too harsh. Pros: The system fits my 2015 F150 very well, you need to make sure the brackets are properly aligned or it will throw everything off balance. The Installation Guide contains images to help you locate some of the areas that you need to work on. In general, the installation was not bad, so buying it was not difficult.
