Great price and works great

My original 1948 6V Ram dump truck caught fire right after I replaced my fuel pump with this electric one. I recommend and will buy again.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Only available in black

Good pump. Easy to install and includes everything you need.

Good pump. Easy to install and includes everything you need. I think the regulator is a little higher than advertised. If you need a low pressure pump, be careful.

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Can't remember

Worked for 1 year Defect B4

The pump was bought 15 months ago but now it no longer works. I have used it as a booster pump and when needed as an aid to preventing vapor lock. probably used for less than 200 miles on 51 Dodges.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Does not look like the picture - different equipment

Did not send the unit advertised in the photo. The device does not have threaded connections, as in the photo, but is suitable for a rubber fuel line. Also, there were no brackets or instructions included. decoy tactics.

Pros
  • Durable test results
Cons
  • Nothing

This pump is not what is pictured but is a replacement.

This pump is not the one shown but is a replacement. I called Airtex and they said Carter bought it up and it was a Carter pump, the old style shown is no longer available. The pump supplied must be low pressure and can be operated with 6 volts and/or 12 volts! I was looking for an exact replacement as I already have an Airtex pump and would need to make modifications to fit this "Carter" pump. The resulting pump looks like the attached photo and is unrelated to the one in the Revain listing.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Some disadvantages

well, i got a replacement pump from the return and the second time they sent me a completely different ad than in the photo on the website, it didn't look like a pump in the photo, the kit didn't have 2 pieces of hose, there were no adapters for each end, the kit only had 2 hose clamps instead of the 4 shown in the photos, and it worked not for the pump. Fuel, runs very slowly, I think I have a 12 volt pump instead of a 6 volt pump! it was returned. Request a $30.93 refund

Pros
  • the best
Cons
  • so-so

Not as advertised in the photo.

2 stars only for false visual advertising and no warning that actual product may vary. What you see is not what you get. The pump and filter come with crimped clamps, which isn't a big deal unless you plan on ever changing the filter. You will not have two rubber hoses. Electrical connectors are very cheap, cargo grade. There was a screw to attach it, but no nut to attach it. However. So on the plus side, super super quiet. Installed on a 1936 Chevy 1.5 with a tin cab and chassis. The…
