Brake pads for Mazda3 2009

Excellent so far. Perfect fit, front and back. I like that these pads are virtually dust free. I also have Akebono on my Mini Cooper and love them. Sure, they don't bite as hard as the OEM mini pads, but they hit the rotors a lot easier and have 99% less ugly black dust.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Expensive

Big improvement in brake dust

After a month of use there is a very significant reduction in brake dust compared to OEM pads. I installed them on the back of my 2008 Jaguar XK and there was no noise; Braking is smooth too. Too early to see how they hold up but so far I'm very pleased. I plan to replace the front pads with Akebono in due course.

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Nothing

Check the front or back and see!

Be careful with front and back. It wasn't listed in the description so of course I bought them and in fact after completely disassembling the front I found they fit the back of my Jag. I had to look for the correct part number for the front on another site, which Revain also sells. Other websites indicate whether they are for the front or rear of your vehicle.

Pros
  • Expensive but decent
Cons
  • Negative impression

Great for 2008 Mazda 3

Great for 2008 Mazda 3. I've been using them for several years now. Thought the review would be a bit more specific. Wear is even, brake dust is quite low compared to the original pads. From time to time, a faint sound of the brakes can be heard when the car is stationary and moving backwards on our sloping road. In my opinion, the Mazda 3 is mainly to blame. It doesn't take long before the 3's rotors start to rust a bit. All in all I would buy these pads again after a few years of driving.

Pros
  • Great overall performance
Cons
  • Doubtful

Great pads for my 2008 Mazda 3S

2008 Mazda 3S Rear Brake Pads. Absolutely great. I had to check my notes to see when I was making them; it was 62,000 miles ago. I thought it was time to replace them; then I checked and saw they had about half the padding material left! You click (once) when shifting from forward to reverse or from reverse to straight. This is not a problem; They just aren't firmly seated in the caliper. Actually that's good; I have seen many pads get stuck in the caliper over the years. Tight pads can damage…

Pros
  • Acceptable
Cons
  • Minor
