This product has been used on various gaskets, seals and threads, it works very well. It is difficult to wash off by hand but retains a better texture than grease or petroleum jelly. This product has a purpose and it serves that purpose well.

Just as good as the more expensive ones. Save some money and get this one. I use it for all my pool liners. Filter o-ring, basket o-rings and basket top. Basically I use it to lubricate anything that uses a rubber gasket or bolts on like my built in chlorinator.

Unbelievable how well this grease seals the filter gaskets. I have a cartridge filter. To clean it, I have to take it out of the case every time. The rubber seals wear out very quickly and leak. This lube works like a miracle. The price is a bit high but you get what you pay for!

I don't know if it's really magic or if I believe in magic. However, it is a good lubricant. I've applied it to my pool o-rings and it seems to last longer than some of the other materials I've used. Is it magic or just good technique? Will definitely buy again unless it magically fills up when empty. Even if I have my doubts about that.

I guess I never thought about how much 5 ounces cost. Doesn't sound like much, does it? Well this pipe is MUCH larger than I expected so I was very happy with its value when I saw it. Head to the pool shop and the little tube (which we previously had) is double the price of this product here at Revain. It seems real and does its job of lubricating the seals on our pool gear. Our last little pipe lasted a few years so I think this one might outlive our ownership of the house!

I used silicone based Magic Lube and now this. I've read numerous reviews that this stuff is sticky. While I agree that it's stickier than petroleum jelly, it's not as sticky as a silicone product. I was able to clean first with dish soap rubbed in with my fingers and then rinse and do it again.
