Perfect for my 03 TJ. The stock torx screws were the hardest part of the job. Any farm lifter will do. I got my jack farm and ace gear. Worked great with this mount. Also very thick braces. Very durable and will last forever. Use some red thread sealant to keep the wing nuts from loosening. I was driving and noticed that a wing nut was completely unscrewed. Luckily I didn't lose the nut. Just secure it with a wire or screw clasp.

As others have said, removing the factory torx screws was the hardest part of the install. I used a T40 bit with a 3/8 drive. I used a small air impact wrench for quick tightening and then vice versa. The screws popped right out. On my 2006 LJ, I placed the jack handle forward to prevent liquid from getting on the jack. I used a lock washer under the wing nut as suggested in another review. Seems very strong. I'll test it out in the field soon.

Durable product, easy installation, will not interfere with windshield washer flow. Be aware that if you have lights in the ditch the elevator may get in the way, I raised the lights with shims to get the job done! The only thing I didn't like is that there is no protection for the mostly metal-on-metal paint job. I used thick tape to avoid damaging the pint, but other than that, even with the 60" jack, the thing doesn't move at all.

Pretty secure attachment. Does its job as expected. The only issues I have with the actual product are the hardware. Mounting screws (12pcs included) do not fit YJ. Established fit, enough thread. 1/4 20s is what you need. Loaded enough to install. Also, the wing nut that holds the jack in place is easy to loosen and loosen.
