Sometime in the last few years they changed the formula (I buy several bottles at a time to have a reserve so I still haven't noticed ). It's very diluted and most of the flavor is gone. My hair isn't nearly as shiny and soft. I wish I knew this product was spoiled before I refilled it before my last original bottle was gone. So disappointed because I also use their Plumeria conditioner and Tuberose shower gel which I now know have undergone similar changes that ruined those products as well…

That's how my package arrived today. They could have packaged it much better than tossing it in a box and shipping it. I was very disappointed with the condition it arrived in. Most of the product was lost in the box. On the other hand, the shampoo smells good. I sniffed it before opening it.

While the plastic bottle body was wrapped, the pump caps were only sealed at the top. The pump heads don't open so I have to unscrew them to use the shampoo and conditioner. The smell is stronger than I remember. Hopefully it will go away if I leave the top down.

I have used Alba Botanica Hawaiian Plumeria Shampoo and Conditioner a few times in the past. It smells incredibly of Hawaii and Plumeria. I've been to the Hawaiian Islands several times and it just pulls me back there in my heart. I've used it before when I colored my hair and it's great for that as it's made for colored hair. This is a fake. I ordered 32 ounces. bottle and it doesn't smell like the real thing and it's liquid/diluted. I have been using Alba Plumeria Shampoo for a number of years now and what I have received is definitely not from Alba.
