I hate chrome so the symbols on my 2021 Duramax had to be removed. I found her and had to have her. I get a lot of additions to my truck and it's not the 6 inch jacks or 37's that people are talking about. These are the symbols. It's those little details that bring everything together. I would recommend them for all day use. The quality is the same as in stock.

letters and size are the same as OEM. I transparently covered the shaft for a different effect. Be extremely careful when removing factory emblems as GM paint is very sensitive to damage. Apply heat or wait for a hot summer day before attempting to remove them. Before reinstalling, remove any remnants of the previous adhesive. I actually had to polish the hood as the previous emblem letters were still visible on the truck which is only 4 months old.

I can't say anything about this from a long-term test. Just installed it a week ago. But they seem to have settled in well. They look great and assembly was pretty easy. I recommend not waxing the truck. After removing all the glue, you will see a bright halo in place of the old letters. It's pretty easy to just post the news in the same place. Looks great and easy to attach.

WARNING! …….There were issues with individual letters falling off the preformed stencil after I removed the protective cover prior to installation………I highly recommend covering the top with cheap masking tape before removing the protective sticker from the lettering, to fix the lettering on the stencil and at the same time align it and stick it on the surface... It's only been a few months but it seems to be holding up so far
