Worst Brake Duct I've Ever Used

This Automotive brake duct is a complete waste of money. After I put it to the test, it was utterly useless, and it even caused more problems than it solved. It's cheaply made and not at all durable for even slight pressure. The only pro I can think of is that it's black, but that doesn't help if it doesn't work. The con is that it doesn't work and is a complete disappointment.

Pros
  • Durable and long-lasting, made with high-quality materials.
Cons
  • Some customers have reported difficulty with installation.

Good air duct on brake system

Used for brake ducts on racing cars, bends easily when maneuvering without problems, even used for intake air, highly recommended. Very strong waist with metal ribs.

Pros
  • Hose, lines and fittings
Cons
  • Some disadvantages

Not for high temperatures

Claimed to be good for 300 degrees but not true. When it worked like an air intake on an ATV, NOT next to the exhaust pipe but after an 80 mile ride, the glue holding the inner and outer layers together came loose and covered my air intake. It's also very difficult to cut shorter so the wire doesn't stick out. But maybe it will work in low temperature environment, bend and not collapse. Disappointed when he said 300 degrees and I took a temperature reading at his work place it was only 190…

Pros
  • Hoses
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options
