GOOD PRODUCT! YOU NEED IT!

A must have if you work with cars! I am a professional auto technician and use this commercially and for the price and completeness of the kit nobody can beat it, not even tool carts! I gave four because, as others say, the jackscrew will break. Yes I know it's sad that a cheap part can ruin an otherwise great product shhh. A simple remedy is to go to your local warehouse or Fastenal and spend $3 on a new screw and bolt and you won't regret your purchase!

You need a bigger screw!

I have just made front bearings for a 2012 Honda Civic, the only good thing about this kit is the different sizes of receiver and pressure plates. I had to use my 1/2 Acme thread with some serious nuts, washers and a torrington bearing to make this tool easy. The fine thread bolt they supply is not the best design. It's a great tool, but I had to use other pressings to make it work like butter. My Acme threaded rod just laughed at the force it took to push those bearings out and push the…

Alltrade Bearing Removal Tool

Just finished R&R front wheel bearings on my 2001 Saab 9 3. I also pushed the hubs back slightly. I had all the struts removed from the car when I replaced the strut cartridges. I rarely write product reviews on Revain, but this tool worked so well that I was keen to leave a positive review. I was skeptical about this tool but now I believe. Be sure to apply plenty of oil to the threads and I didn't use an impact wrench. I used a 1/2" breaker to start and then switched to a 1/2" ratchet. Great…

Powerbilt Pressed Bearind Extractor

I have made many bearings with this tool, sometimes you don't even have to remove the hub from the car. Much better than a press as the hub is difficult to put directly onto the press. I love this tool, just follow the steps to do it right and it will work great. Use only one tip. Use Neversease connection. Clean the rust very well before removing the bearing and lubricate the parts before installation to prevent it from getting stuck mid-run. Your time just installing the tool and finally the…

This great kit had the correct size bearing tool for my car

I needed a custom sized bearing tool to fit a 74mm diameter bearing. It was the only kit I could find that had it. To my great surprise, the kit worked very well and had everything I needed to make my job easier. This tool has larger bearing washers to fit non-standard metric (European or Asian) bearings making it a great value. While I wasn't sure what sizes were included in the kit - that information doesn't seem to be listed anywhere - I called AllTrade, which is based in California, and the

Best Value Kit

I needed to replace the front wheel bearings and hubs on my 2002 Maxim and didn't want to pay the shop $700 to do it. The factory service manual recommends using a 5 ton press to remove and install the bearings. Forget it. A lot of other kits I looked at were hub taming kits worth over $400, which is way more than I was willing to spend. So I bought the OTC hub puller and this all trade kit, both together cost less than $200. I have to say that overall the kit is of good quality for the price…
