Haven't ridden them on my bike yet but tried them on to make sure they fit and was impressed. I can say that they will be comfortable to wear while riding or doing outdoor activities. First off I have to say that I have a 31" waist and 5'9" and weigh 145 pounds. I have the small one and I'm very glad I didn't go for the medium one.
