Used with Fenix Lowrider Square Twisted Bike, 25.4mm (1 inch). No matter how I tighten the screws, the steering wheel still turns. If you just ride on a level surface and never get on the bike or put a lot of pressure on the handlebars, you should be fine. But there are a few hills around me and even with the 3 speed shifter I have to stand up to get up the hill and then the handlebars spin on the stem.
