Ease of use & excellent customer service

I like that it's easy to use, very user friendly for my employees & myself! The customer service has been excellent all around!! We've only had 1 issue so far with them but they fixed everything within an hour or less of us contacting their support team (we couldnt really contact anyone at first). Their website needs updating though - we're seeing some old school web design which doesnt look as clean/modernized when compared against other sites out there now-a days in general market place today

  • Not much to dislike honestly! I mean i dont have anything to complain about since its been great so far

Amazing product and service from an outstanding customer experience

The tool works great, has amazing support staff that make it easy to use in any language! It's been fantastic so far but we have only used for approx 2 months - still trying out our system while building new ones as well :) Definitely go with them if you want your kitchen operations run by software instead of spreadsheets or paper-based processes / forms etc (like I did)! Our front office team loves how organized everything can be through AMS & their ability/supporting us every step along way…
