🔪 Amana Tool 47096 Bearing Diameter: A Premium Precision Cutting Tool for Superior Performance Review

This accessory gets used more than any other I own. The shear angle at the cutting edge is a good compromise compared to the much more expensive twist drill. Bearing both top and bottom makes it very versatile for pattern routing. This makes it easy to always mow "downhill" to avoid grain cracks. The 1/2" shank and 3/4" cutting diameter prevent the drill bit from bending when cutting wood up to 1" thick. If the carbide gets dull, I'll buy another one.

I do pattern milling quite often on my router table setup.
