Great easy to use online rent payment software for landlords!

The best thing about this software is that it's very easy for anyone who has basic computer skills can use without any training or guidance needed from an expert! I wish there was more customization options but other than those two things everything works well enough as far as we've experienced so no complaints here yet!! We are using amcobi because of its ease in collecting rent payments online with our tenants which helps us save time every day by not having paper checks sent out daily (which

  • Easy to navigate, simple interface/interface design; does what you need done quickly.etc etc..I really like how efficient they work at getting info collected &amp vialized efficiently when renting units..to get all data entered into your account correctly before sending them their check via email...its fast too!!!

Very happy customer of AMCOBI: AmCoBi

AmCoBi was very easy to use. They were able to set up my account in a timely manner. They were able to get my billing information from my previous provider and transfer it over to AmCoBi. They were very friendly and made the process very easy. I had a few questions when I first set up my account and they were able to answer them right away. I would highly recommend AmCoBi. I have been using AmCoBi for about a year now. I have not had any issues with AmCoBi. I am able to get my bills emailed to…

Very helpful and friendly staff: AmCoBi

They are very quick at solving any problems that we may have as well making sure everything is up-to date with our system so there aren't issues later down line when someone wants something done for them or not in their account area etc.. I wish they would allow you more access into your files once it goes through an agent! We don’t use all of what amco does but just some specific items like rent payments ect., however if anyone wanted help figuring out things i couldn;' t tell ya how much…
