The best thing for the money, I'm glad I chose this option.

I bought the processor a little earlier, on occasion and at a price of about 15tyr. Later, under it, the Gigabyte b550m s2h motherboard and good memory with a frequency above 3200 MHz. I assembled everything, prepared a flash drive with the latest version of BIOS F11k in advance and then turned it on, immediately reflashed the BIOS with F1. Now it is flashed to F12, by trial and error of the optimal, and then set the XMP memory profile to the maximum. Saved and run. Now Ubuntu 20.04.3 worked…

Pros
  • The power of the processor part is close to Ryzen 5 3600. The power of the video core is about Vega 11, with overclocked memory it's more decent. Not strong heat. Enough of a good cooler with 4-5 heat pipes and in a ventilated case.
Cons
  • When I first bought it, it was new to the market, and many Linux distributions didn't work on it, or didn't work correctly. Only Ubuntu 20.04.1 and later worked correctly.

Ideal for building small computers.

As expected. With a fairly powerful onboard GPU, it's perfect for a tiny mini-ITX build. I used a Morex 557 case, an M3 ATX pico power supply and a Noctua NH-L9a AM4 low-profile cooler. Depending on your motherboard, it even supports ECC memory (unbuffered DIMMs only). The only downside I could think of was that there was no "AMD Ryzen PRO" sticker included in the box. :-(The price is because AMD is not willing to sell them in the retail market. And I received them from a Hong Kong VR station…

Pros
  • Expensive but decent
Cons
  • I have no particular complaints about it, everything is fine

So this chip is sold at 4650g as advertised. The chip I got works great but windows and bios see it as 4400g even with bios updates. So if you look at CPU-Z, that's 4400g! The chip has obviously been re-engraved to show 4650g when it hasn't. So why am I not mad because 4400g is not the same as 4650g naming wise. Well, it matches the performance and all the features. There is a little difference between them. But since it is fictionally the same chip, I award 1 star at the end of the day for the

This is exactly what I was hoping for: 3400G 6-core processor

During this pandemic, many of us have wanted to build a new PC to make staying at home more bearable. So I started looking for something that fit my budget but could also be upgraded later. There were two obvious CPU choices for me: a 4-core Ryzen 5 3400G with surprisingly good AMD integrated graphics, or a 6-core Ryzen 5 3600 with no integrated graphics. Then, when I started looking for graphics cards, I found that even older models like the GTX 1050 Ti and 1650 were selling for ridiculously…

As advertised! on Computers and Accessories

This is a pretty nice processor, but you can check out the benchmarks to find out. Basically I just wanted to reply to a reviewer who claimed it was a "re-engraved" processor. It's absolutely not true lol. Older BIOSes will report it as 4400G, but if you are using even a relatively new BIOS (7/2020 or newer) it will be correctly reported as 4650G.

Expensive but beautiful

I bought it because my graphic card broke and I had to send it back via ASUS (btw my experience with the whole process wasn't the nightmare everyone said). At the same time, I need to use my computer, so I spent too much money on this APU. First of all, I have no problem downloading anything and it meets all my basic and essential needs. Gaming isn't my goal, but 45 fps is surprisingly playable with a software add-on AMD offers called Adrinalin. After getting my GPU back I plan to use it in a…
