Not resilient, rubber wobbles

Good: Tires are cheap. Great for defeating them on bad terrain and pavement. Feels Solid Bad: Rubber feels like 60t/d instead of 120t/d. They ride hard even at 28psi. Mixture very smooth and not very grippy

Pros
  • Excellent construction
Cons
  • Unreliable

THIS TIRE (unless you're fat)

I bought this tire in 700x40 and I love it. No other tire can match the quality and price on the market. It's a bit heavier so beware weight lovers, but I have a feeling that most people who buy things in the budget price range usually don't. I don't have that many miles on them, but they seem to hold up to anything. I will buy this again.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Can't remember

Great tire but the rubber wobbles

There's nothing to win at this price! The Wentworth is a great tire if you are an aggressive gravel rider. They handle 26psi well, and I never felt the front end wash out in hard corners. I bought 50s in the front. These are tall tires so check the clearances. My only issue is that the rubber flexes or wobbles. It doesn't affect handling, and it's not felt in the takeaway, but it's VERY distracting visually.

Pros
  • Great overall performance
Cons
  • I won't say anything

On difficult weekdays I drive best in sport

I really wanted to like these tires - they are attractive and the price matches their price. I recently put together a gravel bike and these 700x40 fit perfectly. They mount tubeless with little effort and look good. The only problem is that I hate her. No matter what tire pressure I run, the hard shell sidewalls don't do much, meaning they beat me up. I feel pain after riding even on relatively smooth pavement, let alone gravel or a single track. I hate that I hate them because tubeless gravel

it's a winner! on tire

This tire can't be beat for the price. Not the lightest tire but that's ok, never advertised as such. It's well built, tubeless sealed on the first try, held air all night without sealant, never lost air and never leaked through the sidewalls when sealant was added. it measures a few millimeters less than what it's labeled at 50 C, actually closer to 47, but I'm not complaining. It's a fast-rolling beast on almost any terrain it's thrown at. At $35, this isn't an issue with any gravel breaker…

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Almost OK

Beautiful tire! - Cycling

I bought a new set of carbon wheels for my gravel bike and wanted great tires as I plan to compete in several events in 2022. I wanted to buy wtb tires when I happened upon an American classic on Amazon. The price of the tires was so good that I just couldn't resist. So I bought a pair of 650bx47 chains. My first ride on these tires was amazing! Fantastic handling and traction. Perfectly fits curves without "squirly". Fantastic on loose gravel and wet/soft muddy surfaces. They seem to roll just

Pros
  • Happy so far

  • Incredible piggy bank

Mixed feelings when cycling

Are they good value? Yes. Are they generally good? Like, like, something like. On my custom gravel bikes they were smaller than advertised, which in theory should increase them beyond the advertised size. So they were a little shocked, they turned out to be LESS by about 1.5mm. Not a big deal, but in the gravel category, tire contact patch is very important and plays an important role in many decisions about pressure, route, etc. e. So be careful. Also, the body is very stiff so I found that I…

  • Delivery was very quick

Great tire great price

Used this tire as front and aggregates as rear for a 100m gravel race in Trinidad County - dry dusty roads and some tarmac except it rained the night before and we found dirt. The tires performed much better on dry pavement (and pavement) than on mud. Don't get me wrong, they didn't clog or slip, but in the mud they got a little too sticky, but I can't fault them as they weren't specifically designed for mud. On a hard pack they rolled great, didn't feel floaty or loose and gave me no problems,

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • Not sure
