I had to cut 3 unthreaded holes and the shift knob was metal inside and I couldn't get the cable through so I had to put a file on a drill to get in to cut a hole for the cable . It's a good manipulator, but not very good quality assurance

The reception didn't last long but the wrong switch was sent and even it was missing some brackets and it didn't come with the download as advertised. I spoke to Revane and since the shifter was only single flex and not the double flex I ordered, the agent offered me a discount which I accepted. He was very polite and professional.
