Great product after figuring out why it wasn't working.

This dimmer is very high quality for my LED lights, I don't have any flicker like other lower quality dimmers. This dimmer didn't work when I got it and even putting a meter on it I couldn't show that the switch worked. After a lot of effort, I opened the switch and found that they had set the rocker switch to 180 degrees. turned off so the pins from the seesaw to the board weren't in the right place causing it to not work. I reassembled it correctly and it's been working fine ever since.

Good high side PWM dimmer,

is needed to dim the built in LED strip under my carport canopy. It worked well, was easy to install and now I no longer glow in the dark when standing under a canopy! A few useful notes: This is a HIGH SIDE PMW (Pulse Width Modulation) dimmer, meaning it will switch +12VDC to light. . You need neutral for this to work. My original switch only had two wires connected: +12VDC to the switch and +12VDC to the LED lights. I connected the RED wire to +12V DC going to the old switch because it was…

Not functional! - Internal switches

I bought a few months before I was ready to install. I made the stupid mistake of not testing it before handing out the last few shrink connectors and nothing worked. After extensive testing with a gauge, I overcame the temptation to just smash it with a hammer (I have anger issues) and take it apart. So wow! The switch was mounted upside down so that the (offset) blades on the back of the rocker switch did not connect to sockets on the circuit board. Glad you didn't break it? Switch removed…

Excellent product that offers effective, flicker-free dimming.

I made some 10 watt LED downlights to replace the fluorescent lights in my trailer. Much more light at half the current. This dimmer works great and offers a smooth, flicker-free transition from full brightness to the lowest dimming level. The installation instructions were easy to understand and the build quality is good. For those wondering, the high side means that the voltage/current is controlled on the positive line. The low side means the voltage/current is controlled by changing the…

Made in the USA with US support

I have a 2016 Heartland Bighorn fifth wheel. They used single-action switches from the same manufacturer. So not only do they work well, but they also go together perfectly. Second, my wiring had two red and white wires crimped into one outlet and a brown wire crimped into another outlet. These were the only wires for my old switch. Confused about how this would work with my setup, I called the manufacturer 5 minutes before closing and tech support stayed on the line with me until I was…

Works great and looks factory installed!

I bought this switch to dim the top 8 LED lights in the 2017 Grand Design Solitude. The instructions seemed simple but I couldn't figure out how to wire it up as only two wires went to the existing switch. To add to the confusion, the manufacturer used a white wire (the color of ground in my setup) as a bridge between two adjacent switches to provide 12V. I contacted the seller and said the switch was not working. They were very helpful and immediately sent me another one. The second one also…

Easy to connect. Works perfectly. no noise

This is a high side dimmer. I installed it in the main cabin of my fifth Open Range bike. It drives 6 built-in 4W LED ceiling lights. I had concerns about the installation but it was easy. However, I used a voltmeter. I removed the fuse box cover and noticed that all the wires connected to the negative side (ground) are WHITE and the wires connected to the hot side have a WHITE/RED STRIP. The 2 wires connected to the back of the existing switch are essentially the same wires as the WHITE/RED…
