I have a narrow gutter with overhanging roof tiles. This shovel is designed in such a way that it can be pushed into the manhole. But once you squeeze it, getting it out won't be easy because it's trapped between the shingles and the gutter. You may not have the same problem if the gutter is wider.

I lost my first gutter cleaning tool and had to replace it. I'm glad I was able to find this product again. It is an inexpensive, durable and effective tool for removing debris from gutters. I have deep but narrow gutters around my patio cover and this is the only tool I've found that works well for keeping those gutters clean. Highly recommended.

Much better than using your hand but it doesn't make the job any less easy. You still have to dig like you do by hand, with a garden shovel or whatever you use. You still have to move the ladder when using the ladder. But since I value my hands and my garden shovels are too big for gutters, this works when I need it. If it's not wet, I'll blow out the gutters.

It's somewhat flexible, which helps it conform better to the profile of the gutter. All in all, it makes cleaning jobs easier and faster and is worth the purchase price.

If you are on a ladder and your head is under where you are shoveling and there are a lot of leaves, the leaves will fall on your head when you pick up this shovel.
