Non-slip, retractable step can be mounted on either side of the truck box, just behind the cab and forward of the rear wheel to provide easy access to the truck bed, tool box or 5th wheel hitch. Company Supplied Used Item for Me Cardboard is old and torn There are no assembly instructions The product is badly scratched.

Quality replacement parts

I installed BedStep2 today. The quality seems to be very good. The step-by-step instructions were good, but the diagrams left a lot to be desired. Time will tell how it holds up.

This is the one! for body work

I love these new steps. Place one on each side. I had rungs between the wheels of my truck that allowed me to stand next to the bed to use ladder racks etc, but I chose to install Amp Power footboards. I was afraid that they would just slip out from under the cabin doors and I would lose the ability to get up on the bed. Until I put them in! I now have power pegs and a separate rear step. Perfect! They are stylish and very well built, even easier to use. Also about $100 less (each) than similar

Fits my 2021 Ram 1500 4X4 Laramie Limited Longhorn with air ride

I bought two after calling AMP Research, to make sure both sides are in place They will work. Installation is easy for me as I have a hoist and am an aircraft mechanic by trade and have a ton of tools. I paid 280 pieces. The Ram dealer wanted 400 plus each so I commented good value for money. AMP says they will hold 300 pounds and I think so, very strong and very thick steel brackets and parts. Screwed straight away, no drilling, no cutting, no modifications to my truck. The P/N for the 2021…
