Compact Solution for Measuring Spaces.

As someone who frequently works with dimensional measurements and inspections, I had been looking for a reliable solution that is both compact and efficient. As a result of my tests, I determined that this mini fish tape from the Industrial and Scientific category was exactly what I had been searching for. Its small size allows me to easily measure tight spaces, while still providing accurate readings. The durable material ensures long-lasting performance, while the reasonable cost makes it an…

Pros
  • Durable and long-lasting
Cons
  • Difficult to maneuver in tight spaces

Functional but not great

So it's a lot more than you think. The wire is only a quarter inch long, but the whole is about 6 inches in diameter. Also, it's not so easy to return it, better design is needed. But overall it does what it's supposed to.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Not automatic

Does not match Ancor name. Not recommended.

This is a passported product. It absolutely didn't work for what I was hoping to use it for. Instead, I found a very inexpensive option at Harbor Freight that uses short fiberglass rods strung together. The problem with Ancor fishing line is that it is too flexible and the pulling in and out of the cord is terrible. It's a renamed imported junk that doesn't match the Ancor name they taped to the side.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Not sure
