No instruction manual. The torch hoses are very stiff, making it difficult to position the torch for precision welding. There are two flashlights that are good and have good coverage. The machine works fine. In addition, it comes with a stock of additional consumables. I asked for an instruction manual but never got an answer. Considering the price, this is a pretty handy tool to have in your arsenal. I only have about half an hour with him and I've put a lot of holes in my razors but he's getting used to it.
