Place on an 8" x 6" workbench. It is massive and heavy when loaded with stored wood. They hold the weight and maintain the level. In combination with the lifting castors, the table remains mobile and level, no matter where it is placed.

Sorry but if you lift more than half an inch it will wobble. I believe this is because the legs are not securely attached to the threaded rod. Might be ok if it's a short climb. I'm about an inch up and everything is shaking.

I bought these on the sides of a 14" x 24" metal box we made to elevate the tv stand high behind the dresser so I can store things on the dresser and because all the TV stands were too short. They made the box stable and made it stick to the floor tiles.

I built this table but brushed the meat block top with custom metal legs (although you can find many standard feet at Revain). The metal legs didn't have leveling feet so I added those and it made the legs adjustable and the overall design that much nicer!

I am adding these to a small desk so it can be leveled. This product is slightly heavier than some advertised products and appears to be better finished than typical bent steel stampings. If you want to install on anything other than wood you will need to provide your own hardware.

Firstly, four stars do not mean that something is wrong. I only rate items five stars when they truly exceed expectations. However, I use them to level the grinding/sanding table in my workshop and they have worked great. I like the fact that they can be leveled from the "outer tub" without using a wrench on the underside. In general a good buy, I recommend.
