I like that you can customize your own reports, it's easy for doctors who aren't very computer savvy or familiar using this software (like myself), because everything is laid out so well! It does take some time getting used too but once there isn't much of anything i don' t enjoy working through things as they have been set up nicely from my experience thus far. I like that it is easy for my team members (doctors) as well, so we can all use this software together very efficiently! It's also really good when you want your doctor or nurse manager involved too - they love being able of see what their staffs' workflows look/are looking at etc., which helps them better understand how things run within our organisation & makes managing people much easier than if only one person could do everything alone :) There isn't anything i dislike about CCMS…
